Although we have only met once in real time it was easy to slip into a safe conversation, and verbalize feeling I have not talked about with my partner. I felt understood, supported and confident that I would be helped.

I don't think It could have been improved. I had found it difficult to get online so our meeting was done over the phone and was very successful. Dr mark Obama was excellent in every facet of the service he provided. So to be honest, it is the first time I had a totally satisfactory experience! Cannot fault dr Obama!

For example when you are sick the prison has no system or plan, the prisoner is sick alone in his cell when staff open and ask for feedback should be updates to the system ASAP
